By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use our Services. Individuals who establish an investor account with us should also review the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) Privacy Notice at the end of this Policy.

Account and accreditation information, such as your date of birth, Social Security number or other government-issued identification number, citizenship, employment status, and accreditation documentation submitted to verify your status as an accredited investor under Rule 501 of Regulation D. Investment information, such as your investment preferences, capital commitments, subscription documents, ownership interests, distributions, K-1 tax information, and transaction history. Financial information, such as bank account and routing numbers, wire transfer instructions, and brokerage account details necessary to process capital contributions and distributions. Identity verification and accreditation services. We use third-party providers to verify your identity, accreditation status, and to perform anti-money-laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks. Investor portal provider. Our investor portal is hosted by Juniper Square, which collects and processes account, investment, and transaction information on our behalf. Payment processors. Capital contributions and distributions are processed through financial institutions and payment processors that handle your bank account information directly. Marketing and analytics partners. We may receive aggregated or de-identified information about you from advertising and analytics partners. Publicly available sources, including governmental records, professional networking sites, and other public databases.

Marketing Communications
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email or by contacting us at investors@stellarvest.com. Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may continue to send you administrative messages relating to your account or investments.
SMS / Text Messages
If you opt in to receive text messages, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Account Information
If you have registered for an investor account, you may review and update certain personal information by logging into the Juniper Square investor portal or by contacting us directly.
Cookies and Tracking
You can manage cookies through your browser settings, the cookie banner on our site (where applicable), or by visiting the opt-out tools of the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org).

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to provide the Services to you, to comply with our legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations (including under federal and state securities laws), to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Records relating to investments are generally retained for at least the periods required by applicable law and our document retention policies.

Our Services are intended for accredited investors and are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without appropriate parental consent, we will delete that information.
